I recently returned from my WONDERFUL "Ultimate Israel" Tour and I really enjoyed it. The tour guide, Inon Hedvati, and bus driver, Yossi, were terrific. Inon was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I must say we were a good group, too. I also appreciated the ticket to the play in Tel Aviv. It was nice to have a taste of Israeli culture. The play, "Havdala", was excellent and very thought provoking. I enjoyed the stay at the kibbutz. They were very gracious and explained kibbutz life and philosopy to us. “It’s been 3 months since we went on the Roots of our Faith Tour, and extra tours to Eliat, St. Catherine, and Petra. I just had to tell you what a great time we had on the tours. The buses were always on time, room reservations were always done with keys available when we arrived, wakeup calls were done for us, and as requested our room were located next to one another. When we went from Eliat to St. Catharine we were personally escorted to the Egypt border formalities to our waiting van - great service. Our tour guide, Daniel Weis was just exceptional. He was such a knowledgeable tour guy. He knew such much about the bible and was also an archeologist. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, patient and just a nice guy. Abuelabass Ahmed in Egypt and Shlomo Eyal in Israel. From the great Pyramids in Egypt, the Nile, to Mt. Sinai, Jordan, the Holy land, Bethlehem, dead sea, Masada… I have learned so much and would recommend all these to anyone I know interested in this part of the world. I also have never encountered any tour guide with as much knowledge as these 2 individuals. Abou from Egypt was very friendly, knowledgeable and was always concerned about our safety more than we were. We would have discussions which not only relates to the tour but just the region in general. I would also ask for the same guide when I plan to return which will be pretty soon. "The trip was a wonderful experience due, in no small part, to the planning that you did on our behalf. The sense of organization and helpfulness was the foundation of the successful trip for two tired and culturally overwhelmed Americans. The hotel in Cairo and the river boat on the Nile were a welcome respite in a hot land. But the most wonderful part was the personnel. Ashe, our tour guide on the boat, was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the valley of kings and valley of queens, the tombs, the temples. In Cairo, no words can express our appreciation for Marcus, who shepherded us through customs and got us to the hotel when we were so tired that we could never nave managed on our own. In addition he got us to the airport for every flight smoothly and on time.  He even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed help or just needed to ask questions. Thanks too, to Sama (Samma spelling?). She took us to the pyramids, museum, lunch and old Cairo. She was warm, charming and a fountain of knowledge which added so much to our understanding of the history of the region around Cairo. Indeed, everything promised by the tour came to fruition and even more.

”We recently returned from the 16 day Jewish Heritage Tour to Israel.  I just wanted to compliment you and your staff for putting together a wonderful tour.  Our guide, Shlomo Eyal, (from the Israeli Rent-A-Guide) was excellent!  He had a wealth of knowledge on history from the earliest times right up to the current day to day operations of each city that we visited.  Many times he went out of his way to adjust the schedule so that we would not miss out on a current attraction.  Such as the brides in Jaffa on Thursday night, soldiers practicing for a parade, getting in to see the Chagall stain glass windows before we left town.  He had excellent ideas for things we could do on Friday night and during the Shabbat.  Shlomo was sensitive to the needs of the group, always allowing for frequent rest stops. "We had a wonderful trip to Israel, learned a lot and have many wonderful memories and pictures. We also got to meet your tour contact in Tel Aviv on the last night and she was very nice. She made sure that our connections in Tel Aviv and those to Eilat were completed successfully. While we were at Eilat, we had a wonderful time both seeing the fish and coral of the Red Sea and touring the desert. Our tour guide, Isaac, was a real task master and was very determined to whip our group into shape, that is, getting us all to abide by his rules. However, this was a good thing because we all learned so much more when we listened carefully to all he had to say. He was very knowledgable and well prepared and was able to relate the places we were seeing to Bible references in both the Old and New Testaments. He was able to add things into the tour that Pastor Garry requested and thus we got to see a lot of special places that most tours would not have included. The time went very fast and we were exhausted by the end of the trip. But we have a while to recover before considering another trip. Thank you so much for all your effort to make our tour so fantastic".
