4 Days / 3 Nights Eilat & Petra Extension

Tour Extension Itinerary:

Day 1, Sunday - Tel Aviv / Eilat                                                                    The Dolphin Reef in Eilat

After breakfast you will be met and transfered from your Jerusalem or    Tel Aviv hotel to Ben Gurion or Sde Dov (Tel Aviv) airport. Board a domestic flight to Eilat. Arrive in Eilat - the beautiful resort city on the shores of the Red Sea. Take a 5 minute taxi to your hotel (taxi on your own). Overnight: Eilat 

Day 2, Monday - Free day in Eilat

After breakfast enjoy a free day in Eilat, stroll the beaches and swim in the chilly water of the Red Sea. Enjoy some of  the various water sport activities and exciting attractions such as the underwater observatory and aquarium, the Dolphin Reef, Camel tours, ATV & Jeep desert tours, Yacht sailing and much more. Overnight: Eilat 

Day 3, Tuesday - Full day Petra Tour

After breakfast take a full day tour to the city of Petra. Transfer from

your hotel to the Arava border point with Jordan, cross into Jordan and   Visit Petra, Jordan

drive to Petra . Visit to the wonders of the ancient city of Petra

the Rose Red City carved by the Nabataeans out of solid rock. A visit

to Petra is one of the true highlights of any tour to the Middle East.

For hundreds of years, Petra was forgotten until it was rediscovered in

1812. The entire city is carved into the sides of a deep gorge, which is

entered on foot or by horse-­drawn carriages.  In the late afternoon

return to your hotel in Eilat.Overnight: Eilat 

Day 4, Wednesday - Eilat / Tel Aviv / U.S.A

After breakfast enjoy a free day in Eilat. Check out from your

Hotel and store your luggage at the hotel storage room. In the evening take a 5 minutes taxi transfer back to the Eilat Airport (taxi on your own).

Fly to Tel Aviv and connect to your flight back to North America.

* Please note: same flights back from Eilat may land in Sde Dov (Tel Aviv Airport) in that case a transfer from Sde Dov Airport to Ben Gurion Airport is included in this tour package

        Please note: 

• American/Canadian citizens may obtain Jordan entry visa at the Eilat/Arava border without any advance preparations. Other nationalities- please check with your local consulate / embassy

• In order to avoid extra night in Tel Aviv we strongly recommend on taking a night flight ion the 4th day back to the U.S. If possible the return flight from Eilat will be in the evening directly to Ben Gurion airport on ELAL or Israir or Arkia airlines. However, other flights can be taken to Sde Docv Airport (Tel Aviv domestic airport) and in this case a transfer to Ben Gurion airport is needed and will be additional $30 per person.
