"I would like to thank you, Maya, Pauline and others for helping me in preparing this trip. We would like to let you know that I was very very pleased and very impressed with everything - from transfers, to hotels, meals, itinerary, etc. And most of all, we werefortunate to have Tamar Shavit as our tour guide. She was amazing - so knowledgeable, passionate about Israel, articulate and a beautiful singing voice. She made this truly a pilgrimage. The driver, Shalom was exceptional. I have told many of my friends here that they shouldvisit Israel with your group - so do not be surprised when you get emails from them. Our group was so well put together - everyone cared for the others - and it was a truly pleasant experience. "I want to write to let you know how thrilled I was with the tour, Roots of Your Faith, that you set up for my son, David, and me. We went in August and we are still talking about it; it was truly the trip of my life!
I would like to compliment America Israel Travel on how well organized the tour was. Once we arrived at Ben Gurion Airport and made our way to baggage claim your representative was right there to meet and greet us and get us to the shuttle which took us straight away to our hotel. All of the hotels were just as pictured and advertised. They were upscale, we were greeted with refreshments the first night at each one, the views from our rooms were magnificent and the food was delicious, plentiful and recognizable for anyone who might be concerned about "not knowing what they're eating..."
I must say that as good as the accomodations were everywhere we went, they still pale in comparison to our tour guide, Tamar and our driver, Eron. I have to say, they both made the tour as memorable as it was. Tamar was able to speak knowledgeably, from so many perspectives (religiously, politically, historically and archeologically) about each place we visited. It was amazing to learn that not only had she gone to school for two years to be a tour guide, but had been a tour guide for 26 years! She is extremely personable and it is clear that she enjoys what she is doing - it´s not just a job! Eron is a superb driver, he handled our tour bus with much skill and finesse and there were a couple of places where it looked to be a tight squeeze. It was also very much appreciated that he kept water available to us daily, as it could get quite expensive purchasing it everywhere we stopped.
Now to the tour itself and the itinerary. Oh my gosh! The places we went, the things we saw... I still have a hard time trying to decide what was the best part of the trip. I have to tell you the first night in Jaffa was magical - there was a full moon that night and a wedding was being celebrated as we walked through the art colony, so music and laughter was floating toward us. If I had to judge on a scale of 1 to 10 the places we visited, every place was at least a 7 and the 10´s were watching members of our tour be baptized at the Jordon River, floating in the Dead Sea, walking through the Garden at Gethsemane and praying at the Wailing Wall.
This will not be my only visit to Israel and I will definitely use your agency again."

"There is one word to describe our tour to Israel, fantastic. AIT team areprofessionals from the beginning to the end of the process. At each step, they made us feel comfortable and ensured we were satisfied. One of the concerns we had was that of safety. I can honestly say that we never once felt insecurewhile traveling with AIT. They took care of every detail, from the Airport, to the hotels, to each site we visited. We just relaxed and enjoyed it. The meals were great and plentiful. The tour guide (Hana) was very experienced and knowledgeable. We loved her and really enjoyed our time with her. The driver (Jacob) was a real pro, patient and very skilled, he delivered us on time, without incident. The sites were breath taking. We will never read the bible the same again. I would encourage anyone to take this tour of the Holy land with AIT. We have no regrets; only wish more of our Church could have made it".

"WOW. We saw so much! So many places in the time we were there! Our tour guide Tamar is an outstanding tour guide. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She is organized and made sure we had everything we needed; she made sure we knew exactly where we needed to be, and when. Registering at the hotel was a breeze due to her preparations.I loved listening to her stories and the background information she presented. Our bus driver, Albert, was excellent - boy could he handle that big bus! Andhaving the cold water on the bus (only $1 a bottle!) was a life saver. In summary, the tour was truly a bargain considering what we saw and did for the price we paid. I would certainly recommend AIT to others who are planning to go to Israel".

"Our trip was one of a lifetime, thank you to our wonderful tour guide in Israel-Danny Dickstien, and equally wonderful driver, Mordecai. Our Jordanian guide-Osama and shuttle driver Abdel-Nasser, were also fabulous. The fact that both Israel/Jordan guides have a degree in  archeology fit us perfectly! We were a little concerned about the border crossing with Jordan, but the  shuttle driver was very good at telling us what was happening and what to expect next-basically taking care of us. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he was most helpful. We are already planing and saving for a trip back! Again the trip was absolutely WONDERFUL and went way to fast" !!!

"We are back from our holy land tour of Israel! What an awesome trip! EVERYTHING was coordinated and ran smoothly. Perfect. We all LOVED Tamar (our guide) and Elan (our driver).
The flights all went off smoothly (but LONG). Busses were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, even the van for our departure of 8 to Tel Aviv for our early, early morning flight back.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! GREAT JOB! We are thinking about forming a Madison Baptist Church group of 30-40 in two or three years to go back as a group tour on our own. We would again book through your agency, but would most certainly like having Tamar as our guide again. Think that would be possible? "My Name is Ivy. I just returned from your Roots of your Faith Holy Land Tour and I want to say that this is the best trip/vacation I have ever been on to date in my life. Everything was as it was promised. God graced us with beautiful weather. There was so much to learn and see and the entire trip was completely safe. After this tour, reading the bible will never be the same. Daniel Weiss is an outstanding, knowledgeable, excellent, caring, and personable tour guide and he is worth more than the recommended tip. "I cannot tell you how impressed I was with my whole 'tour' experience. The customization that you did for the Eilat tour first, then the Roots tour hook-up was perfect! Not to mention that you did it all in 1+ days and followed up professionally to make sure that I knew that I was booked, safe and comfortable with everything. ALL of the staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The pace of the tour was perfect, we saw so much, and were never bored because we were either at a site too long or on the road or hotel too long. It gave us an excellent overview of the country, and potential place to re-visit. In addition, the friendships that were formed on this tour are priceless.

"Finally, words will not describe how wonderful our experience was with our bus driver, Avi, and our guide, Danny. Avi went out of his way to return to a hotel to retrieve my camera battery and charger that I had forgot at the hotel; he slipped away while we were at a site and when we were finished at the site, Avi was waiting at the bus with my battery and charger in hand (this was particularly important to me because I have a professional camera and am an avid photographer!—not being able to take photos on the remainder of the tour would have been heartbreaking). This was our first time in Israel and I cannot imagine being guided with anyone other than Danny. He completed this whole event for us. He is not only an archeological and biblical scholar, he is also funny, professional, patient and compassionate with some of our elderly and young single travelers in our group. He was everything you could have wanted in a tour guide. Everything. We were enlightened, amazed, intellectually challenged, uplifted, and felt like we were literally in seventh-heaven.

"This is just a short note to say that my family just returned from the AIT Israel tour guided by Nahum Neil Eisenstadt and I would rate him as OUTSTANDING! He had a thorough understanding of the history and culture of the sites visited. He also used visual aids including sketches, maps and diagrams to supplement his presentations which were very insightful and aided greatly in the understanding of the material. What sets Neil apart from the many guides we have had (recently having visited Galapagos, Egypt, Belize, Costa Rica so we have a number of guides to which to compare him) is his PASSION for the material. It was evident that he was not simply dispensing facts but that Neil very much wanted us to understand and re-live the experiences and the world of those people about whom he was talking. This type of "handcrafted" guide is a rare find and truly a "pearl of great price" (Matthew 13:45-46). BRAVO !!!
