Day 1 - Departure Sepphoris: Mona Lisa of the Galilee
Depart USA to Israel
Day 2 - Arrival in Israel - Bruchim Haba'aim - Welcome to Israel
Arrival in Israel where you will be met by our representative to assist you through security & customs and provide transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv. Evening introduction and orientation. Welcome dinner and Service. Overnight: Tel Aviv
Day 3 - Galilee
After breakfast we drive to the Galilee and ascend Mount Tabor to remember the Biblical judge and prophetess, Deborah. Continue to
Nazareth the town of Jesus’ childhood visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and Mary’s Well. Proceed to Zippori (Sepphoris) believed to be the home of Joanna one of the women disciples (Luke 8:3) and enjoy the intricate ancient mosaics including “The Woman of Zippori”
Continue to Tiberia for dinner. Overnight: Sea of Galilee
Day 4 - Galilee
After breakfast we travel north to Hazor, important ancient city in Biblical times. Continue to the Dan, where ongoing excavations have revealed exciting Biblical remains, and visit the magnificent nature reserve on the banks of the Dan riverTravel to the Banias (Caesarea Philipi), the northernmost point of Jesus’ ministry. The remains of palaces and shrines built by Herod the Great are still to be seen here. Proceed to Tzfat, artisan town and center of Jewish mysticism. Overnight: Sea of Galilee
Day 5 - Galilee
After breakfast Visit Bet Yigal Alon “Man in Galilee” Museum where a fishing boat from Jesus time is exhibited. We than continue to some of the Christian Holy sites around Sea of Galilee including: Mount of Beatitudes, traditional site of the Sermon on the Mount Capernaum ancient Jewish fishing village where Jesus began his Ministry Drive to Jerusalem. Enjoy Shabbat dinner . Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 6 - Jerusalem
After breakfast we start the day by visiting some of the holy sites in the Old City of Jerusalem:
St. Anne’ s Church, Pool of Bethesda, Rebuilt Jewish Quarter including Cardo-main street in Roman-Byzantine times and the Herodian Museum. Western Wall Judaism’s most sacred site Christian Quarter, Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.Tower of David-Museum of the History of Jerusalem at the Citadel. Afternoon free time or walking tour of the New City including: Yemin Moshe Artists’ quarter, German Colony. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 7 - Dead Sea / Massada
After breakfast we drive to Mt. Scopus to enjoy a panoramic view of Jerusalem’s Old City. Continue to the Dead Sea Region lowest place on earth (400 meters below sea level) Visit Massada ruins of Herod’s mountaintop fortress and last stronghold of the Jewish revolt against the Romans in 73 CE ( ascend and descend by cable-car). Proceed to the Health and Tourism Resort of Ein Bokek. Enjoy a Spa Mud treatment at the hotel and float in the Dead Sea water pool. Return to Jerusalem. Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 8 - Jerusalem
After breakfast we drive to the Church of Mary’s Seat where Mary rested on her way to Jerusalem, and view of the Mountain of Moab to hear the story of Ruth and Naomi. Continue to Yad Vashem-Holocaust Memorial Museum. Proceed to Israel Museum (where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed) Tour of the Western Wall tunnels. Continue to the City of David with its Biblical connection to King David and Bathsheba. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 9 - Beer Sheva
After breakfast we travel to the biblical town of Beer Sheva, gateway to the Negev Desert. Visit the ancient city of Beer Sheva Tel Be’er Sheva founded by Abraham and Sarah. Visit “Abraham’s Well” - the site of where the story of Rebecca and Isaac (Gen. 24:12-27) took place. Visit the Bedouin Culture Center. Drive to Tel Aviv for a Farewell dinner. Departure to Ben Gurion International Airport for your homebound flight

Arrive home early this morning and and start planning your next trip to to the Holy Land........ |
